I LOVE Pina Coladas! I have never been a fan of alcohol in any form, so I just drink them “virgin”. I love the coconut and pineapple flavors together. I found these really fun cupcakes at The Pastry Affair today, and I’m going to make them with my girl one of these days! I won’t bother with the little umbrellas, but aren’t they fun? They sound so good to me, and LOOK even better! I’m going to have to get one of those frosting pipers so I can make my frosting look like this too!
I’ll let you know when I make them, and I’ll show you a picture of how they turn out!
